Publicis Boise is part of a new Team

Publicis recently announced that the Boise office is now a part of Team One, Publicis Groupe’s “fully integrated media, digital and communications agency for premium brands.”

The transition is the latest organizational shift resulting from Publicis Groupe’s realignment of resources, and will now more deeply connect Team One’s media, technology and strategy offerings with the Boise team’s daily operations, according to a spokesman.

The Boise office opened its doors over 30 years ago as Floathe Johnson, which was then acquired by EvansGroup, and later became a part of Publicis. The office will still be led by Managing Director Christal Gammill, who first joined Evans Group in 1997, and has overseen options since 2013.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, Team One also has offices in Dallas, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, and now Boise.

Who you are.
You have a minimum of 3 years experience digital marketing design (web, apps, and other interactive formats) with a strong design eye. You have a BA degree in Graphic Design  or equivalent work experience, with excellent layout/design/production skills. You’re a detail-oriented self-starter who can take a project and run with it, and a team player who works well in a collaborative environment.

Your skills include:

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with strong Photoshop, typography and illustration skills
  • Basic programming knowledge—emails, websites using WordPress; knowledge of HTML5 a plus
  • Ability to develop strong, creative ideas within set deadlines
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize work
  • Good communication/presentation skills
  • Experienced with video editing and After Effects is a plus

Publicis has an opening for a contract Production Assistant in their Boise office. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. From the original job listing:

New hire at Publicis Boise

Bobby KasperWhile we don’t hear much out of the Publicis Boise office, we did get word recently that they’ve added Bobby Kasper as Art Director.

From their release about the new hire:

At Publicis Boise, Bobby provides graphic design, concept development and file preparation/production for assigned accounts while supporting new business activities. His responsibilities also include assisting the Production Director in fulfillment of sales and marketing kits and materials.

Prior to joining Publicis Boise, he worked at local design agencies and Boise State University Campus Services providing graphic design and production support of marketing materials.
