It’s a Sanctioned Golf Outing. \nIt’s that time of year — when skipping work to play golf isn’t just allowed\, it’s encouraged (and maybe even paid for by your boss). The Legends of Advertising Golf Tournament is your officially sanctioned day on the course with fellow creatives\, marketers\, media pros\, and maybe even the client. We’ll raise a toast to the icons of Idaho advertising and raise funds for the students coming up next. Whether you’re out to win or just working on your short game\, it’s always a good day to be “OOO.” \n🏌️‍♀️ New to Golf? No Problem. \nThis tournament is a scramble format — which means you play as a team and always take the best shot from your group. You don’t have to be good at golf (or even average). As long as one person in your group can hit the ball straight once in a while\, you’re in the game. It’s fun\, relaxed\, and designed for maximum laughs and minimal pressure. \n⏰ Event Timeline \nHere’s how the day’s going to play out (roughly — we’re still on golf time): \nRegistration Opens: 8:00 AM \nShotgun Start: 9:00 AM sharp \nLunch BBQ: ~1:45 PM (depends on your pace of play — fast or fun) \nAwards & Raffle Winners: Around 2:00–3:00 PM (once everyone’s settled in with a plate) \n💰 Registration Pricing \nEntry includes 18-holes of golf\, post-tournament BBQ\, and the chance to buy your way to a better score with add-ons like mulligans\, grenades\, and feet of string.
