Magic Valley Ad Fed Luncheon

The next Magic Valley Advertising Federation’s monthly luncheon is scheduled for Thursday, June 12th, at the Shilo Inn in Twin Falls.

The guest speaker at this event will be Rob Spear, Athletic Director at the University of Idaho. Rob will be talking about strategic positioning utilizing PEAC Performance, and how to position an organization to meet the competitive demands in any industry.

Costs are $10 for members, $15 for member guests and $25 for non-members. As an added bonus, however, any U of I alumni who are not members of the Magic Valley Ad Fed will receive the member guest price. RSVPs are due by June 11th to Melissa Crane at 208-308-0488 or via email.

Upcoming Event – Three Courses + Cake BAF Luncheon

The Boise Advertising Federation’s Three Courses + Cake monthly luncheon is still going strong. The next event is scheduled for Thursday, May 22nd, from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.

This month’s guest speaker is Del Bracht, Management Supervisor at Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

This luncheon will once again be held at The Linen Building, at 14th and Grove in Downtown Boise. More details about this luncheon can be found here.

Upcoming Event – Moving Beyond Traditional Media

The Public Relations Society of America – Idaho Chapter has an event coming up on Monday, May 19th:

Moving Beyond Traditional Media – How to Get There and Prove Results.

Among the scheduled speakers at the event are:

Zachary Hyder – Fleishman-Hillard, Managing Partner and Senior Digital Strategist
Vicki Gowler – Idaho Statesman, Editor and Vice President
Jill Kuraitis – NewWest.Net, Idaho Publisher and Editor

The event will be from 11:45 am – 1:15 pm at 999 Main St. in Boise. Room number is TBD. Cost is $12 for members and $15 for non-members. RSVPs are due to Robbie Johnson (208.387.6228) by Friday, May 16th.
