It’s that time of year again.
The Call for Entries for the Idaho Advertising Federation’s Rockie Awards is now open. Entries are being accepted online now through February 4, 2011. Or, if you’re feeling generous (and don’t mind paying the additional fee), late entries will be accepted through February 11th.

This Thursday, December 9th, the Boise Advertising Federation will be holding their next Three Ounces + Ice social event at the Tri-Digital Group studio in Boise.
In addition to showcasing TDG’s work, this event will also include a raffle of custom made Boise State University and University of Idaho cornhole sets.
The cost for this event is $10 at the door. Full details are below:
AIGA Idaho will be screening LEMONADE in Boise on Wednesday, November 10th at the WaterCooler in downtown Boise. A social hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the screening starting at 7:00 p.m.
The screening is free to those who would like to attend, but a suggested $5 donation is recommended. Proceeds from the film screening will be given to the filmmakers, to help with with their latest project LEMONADE: Detroit.
For those long-time readers, you may remember that we’ve mentioned LEMONADE in the past, and you may have even had a chance to watch part or all of it online. Regardless, it’s a film that is worth seeing again, and a great way to support the efforts of Erik Proulx and company.
The Idaho Falls Advertising Federation is hosting an encore presentation of AAF Brand:You – Landing a Job in a Competitive Market.
This event will be held at the Hard Hat Steakhouse & Grill at Snake River Landing on Thursday, November 18th from 11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Cost is $12 for members and $15 for non-members.

The Boise Advertising Federation is kicking off the 2010-2011 year with an evening social event at the Reef in downtown Boise. More details below:
Cost is $5 for non-members and admission is free for members. Non-members can also receive free admission if they become a member of the BAF during the event.
