Heidi was previously Creative Director, Corporate Communications at POWER Engineers, where she directed the strategy and development of both print and digital communications. Prior to that, she was an interactive producer at Oliver Russell. She began her career on the client side at Albertsons, where she directed digital strategy and brand development enterprise-wide, including a corporate website redesign.
Sean is pursuing an MBA from Boise State University, and will be “spending his summer working hours doing research projects and getting hands-on marketing experience.”
We neglected to include Tyler LaDouceur in our earlier update, who joined Mitchell + Palmer last fall, after a brief stint with Oliver Russell. Tyler joined Mitchell + Palmer as Account/Media Director.
We’ve heard rumors, but have not yet received confirmation, that Brooke Smith left DaviesMoore recently to join CLM Marketing & Advertising. Given that CLM was looking for a Senior Media Planner / Buyer earlier this year, that seems within the realm of possibility.

We are seeking someone who has a minimum of five years of agency media planning and buying experience and the ability to quickly learn and implement media strategy within today’s fast-changing media landscape. Develop, present and execute integrated media plans with defined metrics
Analyze and report on media performance and make necessary adjustments

Oliver Russell in Boise continues to make moves. Their most recent is the addition of Tyler LaDouceur to their team as a Producer.
Before joining Oliver Russell, Tyler spent several years with DaviesMoore, most recently as Account Services Manager, where he was responsible for oversight of the account services department. While at DaviesMoore, he also held a variety of roles on both the account and media sides of their business. Prior to joining DaviesMoore, Tyler was with CLM Marketing & Advertising.
Tyler is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, a rabid hockey fan, and devoted husband and father. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Boise Advertising Federation and is the incoming President for 2015-2016.
And as anyone who has ever met him will agree, he is one of the genuinely good people in this business.
Nicolet Laursen is a graphic designer and developer who joined CLM in June. She spent her childhood roughing it in the resort towns of South Lake Tahoe and Coeur d’Alene before attending Boise State University to pursue her career in design. From 2008-2011, she worked as an interactive designer at Balihoo before starting her own company. Outside of the day job, she spends her time painting in her studio, running in the foothills and volunteering for worthy causes.
Oscar Mariscal is a media planner, who graduated from the College of Idaho in May with a degree in business and an emphasis in marketing. When he’s not identifying media opportunities for our clients, you’ll find him running around town setting PRs in his half marathon training or serving aces on the tennis courts.
Former East Coaster Danielle Strollo graduated from Dartmouth College in 2007 with a degree in History, or as she puts it, “Cocktail Party Factoids.” She came to us this May after a stint with Boise-based Tick Tock Media Productions, and before that worked in writing and fundraising in the Bay Area. If she’s not wordsmithing, she’s playing soccer or training for a triathlon, so look out for her speeding through Ann Morrison Park.
