IFAF Event: Encore Presentation of AAF Brand:You

[ November 18, 2010; 11:45 am to 1:00 pm. ] The Idaho Falls Advertising Federation is hosting an encore presentation of AAF Brand:You – Landing a Job in a Competitive Market.

This event will be held at the Hard Hat Steakhouse & Grill at Snake River Landing on Thursday, November 18th from 11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Cost is $12 for members and $15 for non-members.

Call for Nominations: Silver Medal Award

[ March 1, 2010 8:00 am to March 26, 2010 5:00 pm. ] The Idaho Advertising Federation is currently accepting nominations for the AAF Silver Medal Award.  The Silver Medal Award is presented “to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to advertising by furthering the industry’s standards, creative excellence, and responsibilities in areas of social concern.”

National ADDY Award Winner

Congratulations to Katie Shamberg for winning a National Silver ADDY Award in the Specialty Advertising category for the Think Pink, Inc. “Save the Boobs T-Shirt Design.”

Regional ADDY Award Winners

Word is that the Regional ADDY Award Winners from AAF District XI (which includes Idaho) will be made public today.  I’ve heard sporadic news of agencies receiving notice that they’ve won at the regional level, but have yet to see a complete list of winners.
