Flagship Fight

It seems the University of Idaho Alumni Association has not taken kindly to the State Board of Education’s decision to remove the ‘flagship university’ reference from the school’s mission statement.

Judging by this recent series of print ads, the alumni association is on the offensive, and reminding the residents of Idaho why they believe that the University of Idaho is Idaho’s flagship university, and why that one word should remain in their alma mater’s mission statement.

Give the latest work a look and tell us what you think:

Six Years

Crazy how time flies.

It was six years ago today that some jackass with an internet connection and an opinion made the first post on this obnoxious thing called the Idaho Ad Agencies blog.

Thank you to everyone that’s come along for the ride.  Let’s keep this crazy train going, shall we?

New Hire at SOVRN Creative

SOVRN Creative is growing once again, this time with the addition of Nicole Cahill to their staff as a graphic designer.

Nicole is a recent graduate of Boise State University, with a BFA in Design. From her bio on the SOVRN website:

Nicole comes to SOVRN fresh out of Boise State University where she recently graduated with a BFA in Design. Not only does Nicole have a great eye, but her designs always have a strategic conceptual basis. When not immersed in the world of graphic art, Nicole likes to make extravagant cakes, attend music festivals and indulge her love of candy. She also has a passion for working with adults with disabilities, a job she did all through college.

Congratulations Nicole.
