Senior Media Planner/Buyer

CLM Marketing & Advertising is looking for a senior media planner/buyer to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who has a minimum of five years of agency media planning and buying experience and the ability to quickly learn and implement media strategy within today’s fast-changing media landscape. Our ideal candidate is smart, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills. It is important for candidates to be nimble, knowledgeable, and dependable.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of agency media planning and buying experience with demonstrated abilities in local, regional and/or national markets
  • Experience in both traditional and digital media
  • College degree
  • Advanced excel skills

Major Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Establish and maintain media relationships at senior level
  • Work closely with account team and media team to provide strategic media plans and recommendations based on the defined objectives of clients
  • Ability to negotiate media rates using various structures including CPC, CPM, CPP, etc.
  • Develop, present and execute integrated media plans with defined metrics
  • Analyze and report on media performance and make necessary adjustments
