Reynolds+Myers is on the hunt for an experienced account manager/director — we call this role a Client Lead. This position is remote-first, meaning you can choose to work remotely or from our office in beautiful downtown Boise, Idaho. Because of the nature of our work, a candidate in the Boise-metro area is preferred.

Big picture, a Client Lead is responsible for helping clients get great work completed efficiently and effectively. Your days will be spent communicating with clients and the R+M team, brainstorming solutions, and generally making R+M indispensable to clients by providing clarity, establishing priorities, and compelling action.

What this job entails:

  • Understanding client business goals
  • Managing day-to-day communication between assigned clients and the R+M team
  • Collaborating with clients + the R+M team to provide insights and solutions to solve client challenges
  • Defining new projects
  • Nurturing relationships at all levels of client and partner relationships
  • Working with the R+M team to ensure high quality, on-target outcomes for clients
  • Tracking and managing timelines, success metrics, and budgets

We are looking for a rebellious Account Manager to join our team and help oversee our clients’ creative projects. You would be a key contact for our clients and would help drive their strategy and production of all creative efforts. We’re a boutique agency so you will have the opportunity to work on many different types of projects where you can flex your creative and strategic chops across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities for our clients
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
  • Remain in close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and communicate them internally to the agency
  • Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables at once
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design creative campaigns according to the standards discussed with clients
  • Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make detailed presentations justifying costs and schedules
  • Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Account Coordinator, or related position
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts from different industries
  • A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

The Senior Account Manager is a Boise-based position, responsible for owning day-to-day client relationships, strategy, and project execution for assigned accounts. You will work with other Stoltz team members to fully develop your clients’ strategic initiatives and foster long-term growth of your accounts.

On a daily basis, you would be responsible for:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for your assigned accounts.
  • Leading the development of the overall strategy of client campaigns and projects.
  • Continually looking for areas to grow and innovate on accounts and working with internal teams to provide strategic solutions and recommendations.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients and internal agency team members and partners.
  • Proactively communicating project status, recommendations, and analysis to your clients.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects based on established expectations.
  • Ensuring projects meet Stoltz’ expectations of highest quality work and client expectations—on time and on budget.

  • You have at least 7 years of agency account management and strategy development experience.

  • You love presenting to groups.
  • You are passionate about project management and have experience with Asana project management software.

  • You’re a learner and innovator wanting to push boundaries and try new things.
  • You’re a flexible problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and navigate competing demands without breaking a sweat.
  • You’re extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have excellent writing skills.
  • You tend to be the first one to meet a new friend at a networking event.
  • You are knowledgeable on emerging technology and marketing trends.
  • You have experience with budget management, time tracking, and invoicing software.
